Terms of service
Effective October 22, 2026. These terms are between you and Aki Fukaku, the publisher of LotPilot.
What LotPilot is
LotPilot is a Chrome extension that helps Whatnot sellers make show covers, see profit per show, and pack orders. It is an independent tool, not made by or affiliated with Whatnot Inc. You remain responsible for your Whatnot account and for following Whatnot's rules. LotPilot never takes actions on Whatnot for you.
Your account
Your Whatnot shop is your LotPilot account. Use it only for a shop you own or are allowed to run. A plan covers one shop and up to 3 browsers.
Plans and payment
- Free is free. LotPilot Pro costs $19 per month in US dollars, charged by Stripe at the start of each month of service, plus any tax.
- Access starts as soon as you pay. Cancel any time; you keep paid features until the end of the current month and are not charged again.
- We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, write to us and we will make it right.
- If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Acceptable use
Don't use LotPilot to collect other people's data, to automate actions on Whatnot, to get around Whatnot's rules, or to reverse-engineer or resell LotPilot.
Your content
Covers, photos and numbers you make with LotPilot are yours. AI backgrounds are generated for your use on your shows.
No guarantees
Profit figures are estimates built from what Whatnot shows you and the costs you enter; check them before relying on them for taxes or business decisions. Whatnot can change its site at any time, which may stop a feature until we update LotPilot. LotPilot is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can stop using LotPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut LotPilot down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused paid time.
