Privacy policy
Effective October 22, 2026. LotPilot is published by Aki Fukaku. Questions: support@akifukaku.com.
The short version
- LotPilot reads the Whatnot Seller Hub pages you open so it can show your covers, profit and packing lists.
- Your shows, orders, buyers, costs and photos are saved only in your browser.
- Our server keeps your Whatnot username and user ID, your plan, and a few counts. We never sell data or use it for ads.
- Nothing is collected until you accept the notice the first time you open LotPilot.
What LotPilot reads on Whatnot
While you use Seller Hub, LotPilot reads the responses Whatnot already sends to your browser for your own account: your shop name and user ID, your shows and their totals, orders, shipments, item titles and quantities, and buyer usernames. It can also ask Whatnot for more of the same read-only data (for example, the next page of shipments), at most one request per second. It never reads buyer addresses, never reads other sellers' data, and never clicks, submits or changes anything on Whatnot.
What stays in your browser
Everything above, plus the costs you type, your packing progress, your shop colors and the covers you make, is stored in Chrome's extension storage on your computer. It is not uploaded. Removing the extension deletes it.
Photos you add to a cover are processed on your computer and never leave it.
What reaches our server
- Account: your Whatnot username and user ID, your shop's currency and country, a random ID for each browser you use, and the extension version. Your Whatnot shop is your LotPilot account; there is no password.
- Plan and billing: your plan, and the Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- AI backgrounds: when you ask for one, the show title, category and style you picked are sent to our server and to Cloudflare Workers AI to make the image. We keep a count per month, not the text.
- Where you came from: if you arrived through one of our links, the link's channel name (like "tiktok"), and your optional answer to "How did you hear about LotPilot?". These are saved with your account and attached to your subscription so we know which channels work.
- Usage counts: anonymous counters such as "a cover was made" or "a packing list was printed", without any show or buyer data.
- Page checks: once a day, whether the Seller Hub pages still have the elements and fields LotPilot expects (for example "the shipments table is missing"). This tells us when Whatnot changes a page.
- Support messages you choose to send.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, database and Workers AI) and Stripe (payments). Both act on our instructions. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers in the extension.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account exists. Delete it any time from Account → Delete my LotPilot account: it is removed 30 days later, and you can undo during those 30 days. Payment records required for tax are kept as the law requires. Page-check results and counters contain no personal data.
Your choices
- Decline the first-run notice and LotPilot sends nothing.
- Delete your account from the side panel, or email us and we will do it.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it, at support@akifukaku.com.
Limited Use
The use of information received from Whatnot pages and from you complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Limited Use statement.
Children
LotPilot is for sellers who are old enough to sell on Whatnot. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If we start collecting something new, we will update this page and ask you to accept the notice in the extension again.
